Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching
My one-on-one lifestyle and nutritional coaching is truly transformational and reaches far beyond simply addressing dietary patterns and nutritional needs. We dig deep and discover the root cause(s) of your health concerns and suffering as well as identify other contributing factors to inflammation and physical or emotional health concerns.
I also teach my clients how to create a non-toxic home and begin using non-toxic products, as this is also an integral part of the healing journey.
I use an array of nutritional approaches including but not limited to: Low Carbohydrate, Anti-Inflammatory Dietary Protocols, Whole30, Paleo, Ketogenic, Auto-Immune Protocol, Intuitive eating, and Intermittent Fasting/Time Restricted Feeding.
As part of my coaching, I ask you to provide an in-depth history of your life and past experiences as well as a in-depth look into your health history and nutritional patterns. We often start with an elimination protocol to discover food triggers and sensitivities and then work from there to develop the perfect dietary plan for you!
Our work together includes personal growth work and lifestyle shifts and I provide continued support and encouragement through your journey. I do not put any of my clients on a “diet” and I stress the importance of not using this kind of language with yourself.
We work on true lifestyle shifts and these shifts will truly transform your life and well-being in ways you could never imagine. My client’s transformations never cease to amaze me and working with them is my greatest honor.

Coaching Structure
Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom
Initial Client Session includes an extensive review of client history and goal setting
Weekly sessions are 45-60 minutes in length
Clients also have access to me via telegram between sessions (M-Th)
Additional coaching sessions can be purchased following program completion
